Special Touch Home Care is seeking a bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services.

You will guide individuals through registrations, provide status updates, and resolve any pending documentation issues, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Bengali and English fluency required (spoken and written).
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record management.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.
