Special Touch Home Care, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Home Care Recruiter to join our Recruitment team.

The role focuses on welcoming, enrolling, and processing new Home Health Aides into our family of caregivers, with training provided and paid during onboarding. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of clerical experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a professional presence; no prior field experience is required.

For this position the candidate MUST be bilingual English/Spanish speaking AND reside in Brooklyn.

Our Home Care Recruiters are responsible for the welcoming, enrolling, processing of new Home Health Aides (HHA) to our family of caregivers.

Our Recruitment Dept. is often the first point of contact with our company, therefore you must be professional, have an appreciation for the type of service we provide, and be personable.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment. You must also enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

No experience required in our field — training will be provided (and training IS PAID).

After completion of probationary period, company paid medical w/ minimal employee contribution, 3+ weeks PTO, and bonuses.

Job Duties

• Candidate screening and interviewing
• Review job responses and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for role
• Ensure all candidates meet the regulatory and licensing requirements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience and engagement
• Work closely with supervisor(s) and administration to understand staffing needs and priorities
