Special Touch Home Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to assist consumers, personal assistants and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our in-home care services in New York.

You will guide users through registrations, provide updates, and ensure documentation is complete. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic, family-friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, healthcare preferred.
• Fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
• Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications.
• Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs.
