Job summary

Special Touch Home Care is seeking a dedicated bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. You will provide friendly, accurate support and maintain records throughout the process.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM/EMR systems).

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
• Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications.
• Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs.
