Special Touch Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to help clients navigate the onboarding process for our in-home care services. You will assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries, registration, and documentation, delivering friendly, professional support.

Requirements: high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong communication and data-entry skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM/EMR systems).

Responsabilités

Special Touch Home Care is looking for a dedicated bilingual Bengali/English Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record management.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.
