Job summary

Velocitii is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist clients with auto insurance questions from a home office. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for members across the United States.

The role offers $16.00–$16.50 per hour, paid training, weekend incentives, and the potential for bonuses and merit raises. Work from a distraction-free remote workspace with a structured schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center
• 1+ year of sales experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of cars or interest in cars
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season

• Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
• Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction
• Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops

Consistent Schedule

Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 6+ months in a call-center experience
• 1+ year of sales experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Prior experience with Five9
