Job summary

Rossi Auto Group in Washington, NJ is seeking a friendly BDC Sales Representative to answer questions about vehicle prices and availability and to schedule appointments with our sales team. Previous BDC, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required; we train for your success.

This full-time position offers a salary of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k), paid vacations and holidays, and ongoing product and sales training.

• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume

Responsibilities

• Answer potential customers' questions about vehicle prices, availability, etc.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team
• Answer internet and telephone inquiries from potential customers seeking information about vehicle availability and pricing
• Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals

• Schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to visit our dealership so we can sell them a vehicle
• Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
• Customer service, receptionist, and/or call center experience is preferred
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
