Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan is hiring a BDC Service Representative in Holly Springs, GA. We offer 3 shifts, flexible scheduling, and a starting wage of $17 per hour with comprehensive training. This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities include answering service calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to bring them in for service. You will interact with customers and with other dealership departments to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and upbeat phone demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing: background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.

Responsibilities - BDC Service Representative:

• Answer all incoming service calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Call customers for follow ups, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers into the dealership for service
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
• Some filing
• Gather data for outgoing calls
• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work promptly when scheduled.
