Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan is hiring a BDC Service Representative to answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers. Training is provided; prior experience is preferred but not required.

This is an on-site role with a 5-day work week and rotating Saturdays, offering a starting pay of $17 per hour plus generous benefits. You will work with a team in a family-owned dealership under the Perrin Automotive Group, focused on customer satisfaction and career

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat person who enjoys talking on the phone and answering customers' questions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain product knowledge with a positive attitude and good organization.
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, adapt to change, and manage pressure while defusing tense situations.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and a current resident.
• Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Call customers for follow ups, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers into the dealership for service.
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
• Some filing.
• Gather data for outgoing calls.
• Candidates must be reliable and report to work promptly when scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned.
