Job summary

CTC is seeking a customer service professional who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists by delivering timely, accurate answers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, answering questions about product, pricing and availability, coordinating with internal teams, data entry across platforms, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and fax while ensuring

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening
• Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus.
• Education – Highschool diploma/4+ years of customer service experience.
