Job summary

ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customer freight requests in Winter Haven, FL. You will deliver prompt, proactive service and maintain clear communication with customers.

In this role you will enter load data into the AS400 system, monitor progress, and coordinate with planners and driver managers to meet customer requirements. A strong focus on accuracy and responsiveness is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (transportation, 3PL, or tanker experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Salary: $50k - $58k

Our client seeks a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and proactive service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer freight requests via phone and email.
• Enter and update load information and customer notes in the AS400 system.
• Monitor loads and provide timely pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with load planners, driver managers, and tank wash locations to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escal when appropriate.

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
