Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Winter Haven, FL to serve as the primary contact for customer freight requests via phone and email.

You will enter and update load information in the AS400 system, monitor loads, and provide timely pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates while coordinating with load planners, driver managers, and tank wash locations to meet customer requirements. The role requires strong communication and flexibility to work varying shifts.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience (transportation, 3PL, or food-grade tanker experience a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
