We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy breeding season, running from February through June. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on a wide variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities. You’ll oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage all emails, phone calls, and text communications, and ensure that every client interaction is handled promptly and professionally. Our Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing semen requests and processing breeding contracts—ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely communication with clients throughout the process.
A key part of this position involves coordinating the logistics that keep our breeding program on track. You’ll check mares in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, handle semen requests, and take care of shipping labels and flight bookings to make sure every shipment arrives on time.
We’re looking for someone who brings a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to their work. Strong communication skills and comfort with managing multiple priorities at once are a must. Accounting experience preferred, but not required. Experience in the equine or breeding industry is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who shows initiative and enthusiasm.
This is a full-time, SEVEN-DAYS-A-WEEK position during the breeding season, with flexibility required during especially busy periods. In return, you’ll become an integral part of a hardworking and passionate team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and care.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
