Job Overview:

Babby Farms is a non-profit organization with a simple mission: to give children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of interacting with a wide range of animals.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will work in our store. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our visitors, enhancing their experience at the farm, and ensuring their needs are met.

Starting pay: $16.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors.
2. Have a thorough understanding of merchandise.
3. Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
4. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
5. Promote events to enhance visitor engagement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
7. Stay informed about animal care, conservation efforts, and educational programs offered by the farm.
8. Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of visitor areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
