Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a customer service representative who loves talking to people and proactively solving problems. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, providing knowledgeable answers on product, pricing and availability while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

This role is remote for a growing US-based business and pays in US Dollars. Candidates should have 1–5 years of customer service experience, high typing speed, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM systems.
