Job summary

LaSalle Network is partnering with a client in Altamonte Springs, FL to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role. The position pays USD17-USD18 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

You will handle inbound calls regarding billing and service issues, communicate with customers by phone or email, and serve as a liaison between customers and operators as well as vendors for payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and service operators.
• Transfer customer to third party vendor to make payments.
