Job summary

Lithia & Driveway (Driveway Finance Corporation) is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Call Center in Tigard, Oregon. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and accurately capture data in our processing systems.

You will prepare documents, educate customers on policy terms and cancellations, and keep customer information current. There is potential for outbound calls and other duties as needed in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Role involves handling high-volume inbound calls in a call center environment.
• Data capture and entry into company processing systems must be accurate.

Responsibilities

• Handle 75–95 inbound calls daily in a call center setting with quality service.
• Prepare documents to fulfill customer requests as needed.
• Educate and counsel customers on policy terms and cancellations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer account information in systems.
• Place outbound calls as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
