Lithia Home Office seeks an Account Service Representative to join our Shared Services Call Center. This remote, PST-hours role supports customers with account inquiries, policy questions, and service requests while ensuring records are accurate.

You will handle inbound calls, perform data entry, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service. Prior call center experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.
