Driveway Finance Corporation is seeking a Collateral Analyst I to join the Collections & Recovery team in Tigard, OR (or Medford, OR). You will locate, process, and assist in recovering collateral from delinquent accounts, using skip-tracing tools to determine vehicle locations and negotiate repayment terms.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates to 3rd party vendors, and compliant communication by phone, email, and mail. A high school diploma and strong detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in collections preferred.
• Knowledge of skip tracing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and update repossession logs with accuracy.
• Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents promptly.
• Utilize skip-tracing to obtain location information for customers and collateral.
• Update 3rd party vendors with latest location data for collateral.
• Navigate repossession assignment systems and maintain records.
• Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and email to resolve delinquent accounts ethically.
• Meet or exceed call volume and action requirements.
• Conduct recovery cost analysis and reference KBB for vehicles.

Collections & Recovery Analyst The Collateral Analyst I/ Collections & Recovery Specialist will be responsible for working with the Collateral Management team to locate, process, and help systematically recover collateral from customers. This role will also utilize skip tracing tools and software provided by DFC to obtain and communicate the location of customers and the vehicles while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on delinquent accounts.

Location: Tigard,OR or Medford, OR Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay: $23-$25/hr

What You'll Do

• Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracy
• Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely manner
• Utilize high level skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location information
• Consistently update 3rd party vendors with most recent location data for assigned collateral
• Navigate and update 3rd part repossession assignment systems
• Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner
• Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements
• Process recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge of Skip Tracing techniques is preferred
• Collections experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems
• Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable
