Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Washington branch to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service. This on-site role offers a fast-paced environment with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

You will handle orders, answer questions on products, pricing, and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat while expanding your product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train eager learners.
