Job summary

Uline, Kenosha WI, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver legendary service by building relationships and delivering solutions. This on-site role offers robust training, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this position you will process orders, answer questions about products, pricing and shipping, and guide customers through online ordering while developing product expertise. Pay ranges from $27 to $32 per hour with a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
