Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Washington branch in Lacey. This on-site role handles orders, answers product questions, and provides solutions to keep customers happy.

You will build relationships, navigate our ordering system, and communicate clearly via phone, email and chat to resolve issues quickly. Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training is provided.
