Job summary

Uline is seeking a customer-focused on-site Customer Service Representative at the Washington Branch. You will process orders, provide product recommendations, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Be a product and solutions expert to answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers over multiple channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system.

Minimum Requirements
