Job summary

Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our Service Department. You will be the first contact for customers, helping them keep their vehicle safe and on the road.

In this role, you will answer inbound calls, make outbound reminders, and work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a welcoming, professional experience. We offer training, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent telephone and listening skills.
• Strong computer and internet proficiency.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
