Job summary

Certified Benz & Beemer in Arizona is seeking a Luxury Service Advisor with 2–3 years of proven experience in a premium dealership. You will be the face of the service department, managing client relationships and guiding guests through their vehicle care with transparency and expertise.

You will earn performance-based commissions with no cap, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, a strong 401(k) match, flexible schedules, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive service advisor experience, preferably with high-line luxury brands.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
