Visionaire Partners is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our San Diego branch. In this on-site role, you will manage customer communications, optimize dispatch routes, and support administrative workflows across a dynamic team.

You will handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, track routes using web-based software, and maintain accurate records while protecting customer privacy. The position is a 4-month contract with standard daytime hours in PST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume incoming customer calls, oversee the main branch phone line, and handle internal/external communications.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer service appointments, ensuring unserviced accounts are rescheduled within 24 hours.
• Navigate web-based software to track routes, dispatch service professionals, and minimize drive times.
• Log sales data, conduct outgoing payment calls, and maintain accurate customer database records and call dispositions.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for 30 branch team members across operations, management, sales, and field service.
• Uphold quality assurance standards while safeguarding customer privacy and proprietary information.

Details

• 100% On-site in San Diego, CA.
• 4-month contract; Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST with flexible lunch options.
• Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
