We are actively seeking to onboard a Viewer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic Viewer Experience team. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will be at the forefront of our viewer interactions, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand image. Your technical expertise will be essential as you address viewer needs, recommend suitable products, and embrace new challenges.

Your understanding of network functionality and familiarity with common streaming devices will help provide support to our viewers, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to viewers via phone and chat regarding account management, billing, content questions, and navigation of our site and applications.
• Make Disney Streaming product recommendations during viewer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication, typing, and computer navigation skills.
• Good comprehension and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and professional communication skills.
• Effective time management and accountability.
• Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24-hour support availability.
• Dependable access to transportation.

Additional Details
