Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team in Saint George, UT. You will assist customers, schedule health screenings, answer questions, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a full-time weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with competitive pay. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, maintain records, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Location: St. George, UT

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM
