Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team in St. George, UT. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or GED preferred
