Ultimate Staffing in St. George, UT is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support patients by scheduling health screenings and answering inquiries in English and Spanish.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a focus on delivering high-quality service, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with a healthcare team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in medical or healthcare scheduling or call center helpful.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings and appointments.
• Assist patients with questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Handle a high volume of patient interactions with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Resolve patient concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus
