Animal Clinic of Rapid City is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This front-desk role is the voice and heart of our veterinary practice, handling multi-line calls, scheduling, and client interactions with warmth and professionalism.

• Previous medical or veterinary reception experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage client check-in and check-out, including: Consent and release forms; Wellness plan education and enrollment; Payment collection and deposits
• Coordinate communication across multiple platforms
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
• Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth client flow and communication

As a growing, 8-doctor general practice with a 24/7 emergency hospital, we provide advanced, high-quality medicine and serve as a trusted resource for pet owners across the region. Our front desk team plays a critical role in shaping the client experience—from the first phone call to the moment they leave our clinic.
