Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare providers through inbound call support.
• Assist providers with enrollment, revalidation, and updates.
• Guide providers through online and paper enrollment applications.
• Review provider information for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect missing or incomplete documentation.
• Enter data and scan documentation as needed.
• Maintain security of electronic and paper provider records.
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding enrollment requirements.
• Document actions taken to resolve provider issues.
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with assigned projects and related duties.
