Automated Health Systems is hiring for full-time remote Customer Service Representative positions with an on-site equipment pickup at our Pittsburgh, PA location.

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with benefits information, delivering accurate support, and providing quality customer service. Candidates should have call center experience and strong PC skills; Medicaid knowledge is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.

Automated Health Systems has full-time temporary and regular Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote but require you to pick up equipment on your first day, at our Pittsburgh, PA location.
