Job summary

ExecuSource is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Greenville/Piedmont, SC for an on-site role. The position pays $17-18 per hour and starts immediately. It is initially temporary with potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities include handling phone, email, and online chat inquiries, assisting with orders, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer records. Shifts run Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
