Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a locally owned, faith-led team that values quality, integrity, and people-first service.

Be the friendly first voice for homeowners, answer calls, book appointments, follow up for satisfaction, and work with our service and dispatch teams to keep calendars full. Proficiency with ServiceTitan and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (phone experience a plus).
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, upbeat personality that people trust and enjoy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer savvy.
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help homeowners understand their options by clearly and compassionately explaining our services.

• Work closely with our service and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Keep detailed, accurate notes and use CRM tools (we use ServiceTitan!) to keep things running smoothly.

• Be a team player, ready to support your coworkers and contribute to a positive work culture.
