PrideGlobal is seeking a dispatch and operations support professional for a 12-month contract in Pelham, AL. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering data, and maintaining department calendars.
The role also covers booking T&M jobs, dispatching as needed, and ensuring parts are returned promptly, with an emphasis on confidentiality and organized workflows.
Pay Range: $18.57 – 19/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)
Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM – 05:00 PM
Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Answer phones – 2nd line of defense for calls
Book T&M jobs, order parts or issue POs for T&M as needed.
Dispatching – as needed
Ensuring parts are returned to RC in a timely manner
Need to return calls when applicable
Keep warehouse organized – moving parts around – (no heavy lifting or machine operation)
HS Diploma/GED
Detail oriented
Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Experience: 2 to 3+ years in dispatch & operations, administration or a related support role.
