AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a customer service representative to support our walk-in emergency clinic in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on delivering compassionate client care, managing a multi-line phone system, and ensuring accurate patient records and smooth payment processing.

The candidate should excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and be comfortable solving problems while maintaining composure during emergencies.

• Provide warm, professional welcome and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Deliver exceptional client care in a walk-in emergency setting.
• Accurately process payments and maintain client/pet records.
• Handle documentation, scanning, emailing, and general administrative duties.
• Support supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth operations.
