Overview

The phone rings while you're checking in a golden retriever for his annual exam, a client walks in with a question about her cat's medication, and by the time you sit down, you've already helped three families and made someone's stressful morning a little easier. That's a normal shift as a Customer Service Representative at Sharon Center Veterinary Hospital.

What You'll Help Make Possible

• A front desk experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and never rushed.
• A lobby that stays calm and organized even when the phones are ringing and the schedule is full.
• Pet parents who leave feeling confident and cared for, whether they're here for a routine wellness visit or facing a difficult medical decision.
• Compassionate support for families during every stage of their pet's life, including those moments when a beloved companion is nearing end of life.
• A veterinary team that can focus on medicine because the front of house is running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Comfortable communicating clearly and warmly with clients, in person and by phone
• Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts
• Able to provide compassionate support to clients during both happy and emotionally challenging visits

Preferred:

• Comfortable multitasking while staying calm and present for clients and their pets
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital scheduling and records systems

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8 hour day shifts
• Rotating Saturday schedule (hospital hours on Saturdays are 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM)
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation

$17.00 per hour, based on experience, skills and qualifications.
