Job summary

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is seeking a customer service professional to convert incoming calls into booked service appointments. You will deliver scripts with an authentic cadence and a personable tone, respond to requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand to drive repeat business.

In this role you will participate in training to boost booked calls, support outbound calling efforts, and adhere to the plan for resolving complaints quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in call-center or sales-support roles.
• Proficient with phone systems and data entry.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Excellent verbal communication, clear and friendly tone.
