Ibex Limited is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist residential utility customers with billing, payments, and service changes. You will provide clear, compassionate responses, help customers navigate self-service tools, and ensure satisfaction through structured call flows.

This remote role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team culture. Eligible states include Texas, with work-from-home flexibility and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stable home workspace with a wired internet connection (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).
• Must stay on camera during working hours.
• Eligible states include Texas and other listed states.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to residential utility customers.
• Build authentic relationships and help members feel heard and supported.
• Help with billing questions, payments, and account updates.
• Support service requests like starting, stopping, or transferring utility service.
• Educate customers on self-service tools.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and schedule technician visits when needed.
• Follow a set call flow to ensure a consistent, quality experience.
• Close support tickets efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and issues.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days.

Must have:

• Hard wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload. (5G, hotspots, and satellite internet not supported)
