Ibex is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist residential utility customers from a remote home-based setup. You’ll handle billing questions, payments, and service changes while delivering clear, compassionate guidance to customers.

Successful candidates bring strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork. The role emphasizes reliable internet, a camera on during shifts, and a supportive team with coaching and career growth.

Competenze

• 18+ years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Private, distraction free workspace.
• Hard wired ethernet internet with 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Must remain on camera during working hours.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for customers calling about their utility services. From billing and payments to starting or stopping service at a new home, you’ll provide clear, compassionate, and helpful answers—making each interaction smooth and stress-free.

This Role Is Currently Limited To Candidates Residing In Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Must Have

• 18+ years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Private, distraction free workspace (not a shared/common area of the home)
• Hard wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload. (5G, hotspots, and satellite internet not supported)
• Must remain on camera during working hours
