Job summary

Champion Home Builders in Millen, GA seeks a conscientious Customer Service Associate to interview customers, collect information, and record interview details into our service system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

You will coordinate with retailers, contractors, and internal teams to verify orders, review checkout sheets, assign correct parts, and file completed work orders, while delivering high-quality service with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired

Summary

Interviews customers, gather information, and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.


• Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot.

• Enter service orders into the service system.


• Assign correct parts to each item on service order.


• File completed work orders.
