Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email.

Auburn Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Export & Government Contracts experience to join our collaborative team in Mechanic Falls, Maine.

This is an ONSITE position. You must be able to commute to Mechanic Falls daily.

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting order management, quotations, product inquiries, and shipment coordination in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service, sales, or office experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP, or CRM software preferred
