Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support member experiences at the Mauldin location. This part-time, hourly role focuses on friendly check-ins, presenting membership options, answering calls, and updating member records.

You will work at the front desk, operate the POS system, ensure items are stocked, and help maintain a clean club. Training and uniforms provided, with benefits in benefits list.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Member Experience & Sales Support

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts

Front Desk Operations & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
