Crunch Fitness - JFF North America in Montgomery is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our club. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role centers on delivering top-notch member experiences at the front desk and supporting sales activities.

You will greet members and guests, explain membership options, answer calls, process updates to accounts, and help maintain club standards and cleanliness. Opportunities for growth and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
