Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, prospective guests, and manage check-ins at the front desk. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role focuses on delivering top-notch service and supporting membership sales and account updates.

Responsibilities include answering calls, informing visitors about memberships and promotions, operating the POS system, maintaining clean, stocked spaces, and upholding the club's uniform policy.

• Assist in maintaining the club neat and clean
• Other duties as assigned

Member Experience & Sales Support

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
