Crunch Fitness - JFF North America in South Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver top-notch service at the front desk. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on member and guest experiences with accuracy and courtesy.

You will greet members, share membership options, answer calls, update accounts, operate the POS, stock retail items, and help keep the club clean. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and greeting skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS system.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Member Experience & Sales Support

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts

Front Desk Operations & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
