Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join its Regency Management Services family in the United States. You will support customers in person and over the phone, ensuring orders move smoothly from purchase to delivery.

Work closely with sales and office teams to keep orders accurate, process payments, and maintain a welcoming showroom. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representative – Ashley FurnitureAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Ashley Furniture team.In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience, supporting customers both in person and over the phone while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
