Regency Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, ensure accurate order processing, and support the delivery team.

The role emphasizes friendly service, organization, and teamwork to enhance the customer experience. You will handle payments, maintain order status, and collaborate with sales and office staff to keep everything moving smoothly from purchase to delivery.

Responsibilities
