Ashley Furniture location in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive store sales and profitability, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage daily operations, scheduling, merchandising, and store standards.
